Negar Nosrat, Esq.​

Hi I am Negar . I am a CA licensed attorney and
I am grateful to have assisted with hundreds of surrogacy contracts and pre-birth orders and love the wonderful and complex world of assisted reproductive technologies (ART), reproductive rights and bioethics.
After graduating from UCLA Law School (2004) with formative experiences at Yale Law School and the Sorbonne, I spent close to a decade as General Counsel of a retail chain mastering the art of contract negotiation and business management. In 2012, I earned a Master’s degree in Psychology (Consciousness, Health & Healing) and discovered my true calling: guiding families through life’s most vulnerable transitions with both legal rigor and emotional intelligence.
Throughout my career, I have helped litigate high-stakes toxic torts and employment law cases at highly esteemed firms in Los Angeles, I have had the privilege to help clients with their family law matters with an emphasis in collaborative and client-centered advocacy. Passionate about helping families grow, I was fortunate that in 2016 I started working at a Fertility law firm and discovered the profound privilege of helping clients in their family formation journey.

In 2022, I brought my skills to the public interest sector, advocating for refugees and asylum seekers—a role that deepened my commitment to access to justice, equity, and ethical advocacy. Today, with Nosrat Law, I merge these passions and look forward towards assisting you and your family.
