Negar Nosrat, Esq.​

Negar Nosrat is a California-licensed attorney and the founder of Nosrat Law in Los Angeles, where she focuses on the intricate legal and ethical landscape of assisted reproductive technology (ART), reproductive rights, and bioethics.
A graduate of UCLA School of Law (2004), Ms. Nosrat honed her legal acumen through advanced studies at Yale Law School and Sorbonne University in Paris. Prior to dedicating her practice to ART and family law, she served as co-founder and General Counsel of a retail chain, where she developed extensive expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and dispute resolution.
In 2012, she earned a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology (Consciousness, Health, and Healing), further enriching her ability to guide clients through complex life transitions with both legal precision and compassionate advocacy.
Ms. Nosrat’s diverse legal background includes high-stakes toxic tort litigation as well as family law matters, where she emphasizes civility, collaboration, and ethical resolution. Since 2016, she has focused on assisted reproductive technology law, assisting intended parents, gestational carriers, clinics and donors.
In 2022, she expanded her commitment to justice by advocating for refugees and asylum seekers, reinforcing her dedication to equity, and human rights. With Nosrat Law, she combines her legal expertise, ethical insight, and deep empathy to help clients navigate the profoundly personal journey of family formation with confidence and care.
